We enjoyed a two night stay at the St Regis Hotel Vancouver over Easter
weekend. Very friendly welcome. Room was nicely decorated, and well
designed for a smaller space. Good sized bathroom. Breakfast was very
good and again the staff was very helpful. Location is perfect for
walking to many attractions.. This hotel is a gem in downtown Vancouver.

The St Regis Hotel Vancouver deserves the accolades bestowed by the
other reviewers. The staff we dealt with were outstanding. We stayed at
the beginning and end of a week long Vancouver holiday and needed an
early check-in on both days we stayed. This was accommodated graciously.
Although the lack of a pool may put off families with children, the
great breakfast attempts to make up for it! I think this would be ideal
for a couple or business traveler.

The St Regis Hotel Vancouver was mere minutes away from the Vancouver
airport skytrain making it great for those on a quick visit. A 10 minute
walk to Gastown and around 15 minutes to Yaletown, and steps away from
the shopping area of Robson St. We had a corner room on the first floor
directly above the neighbouring bar, but had no trouble with noise.
Rooms are small but well thought-out. Free breakfast each morning is a
great addition - waffles, omelettes and bacon/eggs all made to order.
Friendly service and staff. Will stay here again when visiting
Vancouver.

Lovely hotel with nice little touches.
Great for the metro and right in the heart of downtown.
Staff very friendly and only to pleased to help.
The major downside is the noise from the road...it's an older hotel so
not that well soundproofed. If you are a light sleeper or not yet
adjusted to the time zone (like me) this could be a problem.

I travel for work a lot and this in one of the best experiences I have
had in a very long time. The staff really go above and beyond what I
have come to expect. I arrived early and my room wasn’t ready but I left
my luggage with the front desk. When I came back to check in my luggage
was already placed in the walk in closet in my room. I knew this hotel
included breakfast but I wasn’t expecting a nice dining room with a
waitress and a menu with hot items and many choices…and all for FREE.
I locked myself out of my room by accident and when I called the front
desk someone was there to help me in less than a minute!! Even the staff
in the adjoining pub where really fast and attentive. Oh – and the room
was nice too. I would definitely stay here next time I am in downtown
Vancouver as you can't beat the location either. |
