Guest Review of the Ramada Inn and Suites - Downtown Vancouver

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff make this place Very Good. We had help with luggage storage since we arrived early - then our luggage was taken to our room. All of the staff's recommendations for restaurants and transportation were spot-on. Room was small but clean with a large bathroom. Noise was not a factor - possibly since we requested a quiet room away from the nightclub noise. Price at the Ramada Inn and Suites Vancouver on Granville was reasonable compared to other downtown hotels. Fairly far from the convention center but close to many restaurants and night life.

Always so great to be back in Vancouver and especially at the Ramada on Granville. The staff are always so friendly and happy to see you again. The hotel is in a great location that is so easy to get everywhere. Rooms are comfortable and I always sleep well. Thanks to Ruxandra the GM always good to see you.

Ramada Inn and Suites Vancouver on Granville is a great hotel. I stayed here with my husband. The staff was very helpful. The location was very close to all of the attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights so wanted to be close to down town/shopping area which was a simple 10 min stroll away. This hotel was situated on a lively street with plenty of entertainment options and local eateries/bars. We had a room on the 6th floor which was very light, spacious with a large clean bathroom. The views onto Yaletown's residential blocks were very pleasant and the hotel was around the corner from some really great independent breakfast eateries. We stayed over a Fri/Sat night so you could hear street noise, but you are in a major city so not sure what some people expect?! Would definitely recommend this hotel when paying an online travel agency lead in rate.

Arrived at the hotel via a back alley i.was expected to leave my car in it is not the safest or securest of places. Checked in and all staff were very helpful and i was then told that my car would be valet to a different area! We stayed in room 215 to begin with the room was a little small but clean and tidy and i couldn't complain. Was going to see the canucks play so left the hotel reasonably early! Got back to the hotel at about 11 and returned to my room. All we could hear was very loud music coming from a near by nightclub/pub not only was it the music but the vibration from the bass of the music. We phoned the front desk who told us we should have been informed of this upon booking and check in which we weren't. The person at the front desk was quite helpful and after some discussion they offered us a room on the 6th floor. we could still hear the music but not quite as bad and there were no other rooms available. The Ramada offered us a complimentary breakfast which also turned out to be pretty poor quality with moldy toast. As a summery the hotel is not a bad one the staff were very helpful but on a fri or sat night it is a very noisy until 3 or 4 am. hope this helps
